By participating in the Preorder Power Challenge, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Eligibility
The Preorder Power Challenge is open to all Shopify merchants currently using the Preorder & Back-in-Stock app by Notify Me!. Employees, affiliates, or agents of Notify Me! are not eligible to participate. Participants must have a valid Shopify store and an active Preorder & Back-in-Stock app installation during the competition period. We collect and maintain certain information you provide directly to us when subscribing to Shopify apps created by Notify Me or installing the application to your Store, or using the Service. The information we collect may include your personal and company name, telephone number, email address, postal address, your Visitors’ Information, and Other Information you choose to provide. Also, any email or message you send us will be saved. This data will be used to communicate with you and provide Service and Information and other interactions. You may also create some texts and content within the Service to provide a better experience for your visitors. All your content produced within the Service will be kept in Notify Me’s CRM and will be used to provide the Service to you.
2. 2. Competition Period
The competition will run from a time which will be communicated to you via email. Entries received after the deadline will not be eligible.
3. How to Enter
Participants can enter the competition by completing the Preorder Power Challenge entry form on the competition landing page, including all requested information and supporting documentation. Only one entry per store is permitted. Multiple submissions will result in disqualification.
4. Judging and Criteria
Entries will be judged based on the following criteria: Preorder Sales Volume/Revenue or Total Number of Preorders. Judging will be conducted by Notify Me! team members or designated judges.
5. Prizes
Prizes for the competition are as followed : WILL BE ANNOUNCED SOON.
6. Winner Notification
Winners will be notified by email. Winners must respond within 7 days to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond within the given timeframe, we reserve the right to select an alternate winner. Winners may be asked to provide additional information (e.g., proof of sales) for verification purposes.
7. Disqualification and Modifications
Notify Me! reserves the right to disqualify any participant who does not comply with these Terms & Conditions. We also reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the competition at any time without notice, for any reason. This includes making changes to the rules, prizes, or competition period as deemed necessary. Our sites are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect, use or disclose personally identifiable information from anyone under 13 years of age. If we determine upon collection that a user is under this age, we will not use or maintain their personal information without the parent/guardian’s consent. If we become aware that we have unknowingly collected personally identifiable information from a child under the age of 13, we will make reasonable efforts to delete such information from our records.
8. Publicity
By entering the competition, you agree to allow Notify Me! to use your store’s name, campaign details, and success story in marketing materials, including on our website, social media, and other promotional channels. No further compensation will be provided beyond the prize. This Policy may be updated periodically and without prior notice to you to reflect changes in our personal information practices. We will post a prominent notice on this site to notify you of any significant changes to our Policy and indicate at the bottom when it was most recently updated.
9. Data Collection and Privacy
By entering the competition, you consent to the collection and use of your information in accordance with Notify Me's Privacy Policy. Your contact details will only be used for communication regarding the competition and related promotions.
10. Limitation of Liability
Notify Me! is not responsible for any technical issues, lost entries, or any problems that may arise in connection with the submission of entries or the awarding of prizes. Notify Me! will not be held liable for any damages arising from participation in this competition.
11. Governing Law
This competition is governed by the laws of State of British Coloumbia, Vancouver, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in BC.
12. Changes to Terms
Notify Me! reserves the right to amend or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and it is your responsibility to review them regularly.
13. Acceptance of Terms
By entering the Preorder Power Challenge, you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions, and any decisions made by Notify Me! in relation to the competition.
