Notify Me! Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

1. To participate, you must:
2. Operate a valid business, agency, or independent referral channel.
3. Promote only to acceptable Shopify stores (see criteria below).
4. Comply with all applicable laws, including anti-spam and advertising regulations.

2. Acceptable Shopify Stores

1. We only pay commissions for referrals to Shopify stores that meet at least 2 of the following requirements:
2. Store is active for a minimum of 6 months and on a Shopify plan.
3. Store plan is Basic or higher.
4. Store has at least 10 products and 2 out-of-stock products.
5. Store has generated at least $500 in revenue in the last quarter.

3. Prohibited Practices

1. Your partnership may be suspended or terminated if you:
2. Engage in fraud, misrepresentation, or abuse of the program.
3. Promote Notify Me! using spam, misleading claims, or unauthorized paid ads (e.g., bidding on Notify Me! brand keywords).
4. Refer stores that do not meet eligibility requirements.
5. If fraud or abuse is detected, Notify Me! is not obligated to pay commissions or bonuses related to those referrals.

4. Payments

1. Payouts are issued via PayPal on the 24th of every month.
2. Commissions are released 30 days after a successful transaction (to account for refunds or cancellations).
3. The minimum payout threshold is $100.
4. All commissions are calculated on net revenue actually received by Notify Me! from your referred merchant(s).

5. Termination

1. Either party may terminate this partnership at any time, with or without cause, by written notice (including email). Upon termination, unpaid eligible commissions will be processed according to the payment terms above.

6. Modifications

1. We may update or modify these terms at any time at our sole discretion. If changes are significant, we will notify you by email. Continued participation in the program after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

7. Liability & Disclaimer

1. Notify Me! is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from this program.
2. Your participation does not create any agency, employment, or joint venture relationship with Notify Me!.
3. You are solely responsible for your marketing methods and compliance with applicable laws (including FTC endorsement guidelines and data privacy regulations).

8. Confidentiality

1. You may not disclose non-public program details, promotional codes, or partner resources provided by Notify Me! to any third party without prior written consent.
